Nick Spencer, a New York Times best-selling, Eisner award-nominated comic book writer, based in Los Angeles, has worked for Image, Marvel, and DC Comics. His long-running creator owned series with Joe Eisma, Morning Glories, just celebrated his fiftieth issue. His new creator-owned series with Steve Lieber, The Fix, has launched to multiple sellouts and critical acclaim. At Marvel, he currently writes both Steve Rogers: Captain America and Sam Wilson: Captain America, as well as The Astonishing Ant-Man. Recently, Nick Spencer ‘broke the internet’ when he unveiled Marvel Comics icon, Captain America, as an agent of the very organisation he was supposed to stand against – HYDRA! The move sparked worldwide outrage and spawned several critical opinions and internet memes.
