Sony Showcases New Lifestyle Concept With New Store In Singapore

Sony Electronics has opened a second store along Orchard Road in Singapore, giving local shoppers, expatriates and tourists even greater access to the latest tech gadgets from the consumer electronics brand.

Located on the third floor of the iconic and popular mall Wisma Atria, Sony Store Wisma Atria will house the most innovative products from Sony that pleases one’s senses, including the recently announced top-of-the-line Z9D series of BRAVIA 4K TVs, as well as the new flagship range of Signature Series High-Resolution Audio (HRA) products.

Visitors to the new Sony Store will have the opportunity to discover for themselves how technology today has refined the way we live, experiencing firsthand and being delighted by how their lives are complemented by Sony and its wide range of digital cameras, audio gear, smartphones and TVs – a moment of kando.

“The new Sony Store Wisma Atria was designed with the purpose of helping people use and enjoy Sony products in settings and environments they are familiar with. This is a new concept we have defined as the Sony Lifestyle, where our customers find their lives enriched by technology. Home makers, movie buffs and fans of the latest TV series will be wowed by the picture clarity and high definition resolution of the store’s 18-metre long wall of Sony Android and BRAVIA 4K TVs, while audiophiles get to enjoy listening to songs as they were meant to be heard, using the wide range of HRA products available in the store’s dedicated enclosed room, which is the largest of any such audio rooms found in a Sony store.

Fashion-conscious and social media savvy consumers will appreciate the styling tables and full-length mirrors located around the store, and the various accessories available to help them choose the right digital camera, smartphone, Walkman and headphones that highlight their individual styles and personalities, for that perfect selfie to post on social media.

To bring to life the Sony Lifestyle concept, Sony Store Wisma Atria has plans to conduct customer engagement events in-store regularly, with the first available session being a food and photography session for ladies, conducted by a renowned chocolatier formerly from the Fullerton Hotel and Conrad Centennial Hotel and a Chief Sony Trainer on 26 October 2016, from 7pm to 9pm. Sony Store Wisma Atria is the brand’s sixth retail outlet in Singapore, with the other five stores situated in Bugis, Changi Airport, IMM, nex Mall and 313@somerset.
