Star-Lord, Chris Pratt, received his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on 21 April 2017 with his family and Guardians of the Galaxy co-stars in attendance. Chris Pratt is probably Hollywood’s most marketable star at the moment starring in both Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy and the Jurassic World franchise. However, it wasn’t long ago that he was playing goofy Andy Dwyer on Parks and Recreation. Pratt getting a star is quite the achievement considering that Hollywood veterans Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel have only just received theirs. How do you get a star though? Well first, you need to be famous for at least five years in your industry – music, movies, TV or live theater. And then, someone needs to nominate you and cough up USD $30k.
