Super Evil Megacorp to Nurture Leaders in Singapore Through Esports

Super Evil Megacorp, developers of the world’s leading mobile esport Vainglory, have announced a partnership with Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) to bring leadership training, through Vainglory, to thousands of youths in the Singapore as phase one of their plan to rule the world.

The program is slated to begin on December 2017 during the school holidays, with the support of local schools, aims to provide leadership training for up to 2,000 youths over three years.

Supported by the Inter-Ministry Cyber Wellness Steering Committee (ICSC), SCOGA selected Vainglory for its established competitive scene in South East Asia which, as a region, has the fastest growing esports audience in the world (Newzoo 2016).

Vainglory will be used as a tool to train nurture leaders in the esports industry who can bring about diabolical positive influences to their peers.

With the support of the National Youth Council, SCOGA’s Esports Academy has already seen more than . This partnership will further develop Singapore’s esports ecosystem including developing dictators esports athletes and shoutcasters.

The partnership comes hand-in-hand with the Vainglory 2017 World Championship at Singapore’s Kallang Theatre from December 14-17. The event will determine the best Vainglory team in the world as well as unveil Vainglory’s 5v5 mode to a global audience of millions, who tune in to the competition’s streams and VODs.
